Once again,
this year, the Ferrari SF Grand Est team gave our enthusiasts the privilege of
spending an unforgettable day at the wheel of their finest Ferrari
vehicles!
On this
exceptional day, all the participants were able to experience motoring at its
best. A carefully selected itinerary was proposed to showcase the performance
and handling of each participant's vehicle.
It was a
day of adrenalin, relaxation and blue skies! We invited our participants to
join us early in the morning at the Château du Hohlandsbourg for an open-air
breakfast. This former 13th-century medieval fortress, located 1 hour from
Strasbourg and open to the public, was specially reserved for this Road Trip,
giving us a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
9.00am,
departure from the château, heading for a new destination. Our exceptional
convoy of more than 20 vehicles enjoyed an hour-and-a-half drive along the
beautiful roads of our region to reach the Domaine de Beubois for a moment of
relaxation, conviviality and exchange.
Situated at an altitude of 800 metres in a
warm woodland setting with a superb view of the surrounding countryside, our
Ferraristis were able to enjoy this soothing setting over a slice of seasonal
pie and a refreshing drink.
After this
little moment of relaxation, our enthusiasts take to the wheel again, heading
for the Route des Crêtes! This route, well known to motoring enthusiasts, is a
series of winding roads with unique panoramic views, carved into the side of
the mountains. The route was designed by the French army, who wanted to link
the paths together in order to supply the troops during the First World War.
After an
adrenalin-fuelled morning, it was time to enjoy a delicious lunch in the
enchanting setting of Chez Julien in Fouday.
Located in
the heart of our beautiful region, Chez Julien welcomed us with warmth and
elegance. Nestled in a picturesque landscape, the restaurant offers
breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, adding a touch of natural
charm to our experience.
We were
offered a refined and creative menu, from starter to dessert, with every bite a
real treat for the taste buds.
Our enthusiasts
continued on their way to a final outdoor stop to round off this magnificent
day. They were welcomed at the Sigolsheim American Memorial, where they were
able to quench their thirst and enjoy the most beautiful landscapes in our
region for one last time.
We would like to thank the establishments for their warm welcome and professionalism.
