This year,
the Passione Ferrari Club Challenge season stopped at the Silverstone circuit,
formerly a Royal Air Force base, which has now become the English temple of
speed where the British Grand Prix is held every year.
The
Silverstone circuit is one of the most legendary in the motorsport community.
Since 1947, it has been the venue for numerous F1 races, where splendid
sporting battles have been fought.
On 15 September,
the circuit welcomed 488 Challenge and 488 Challenge EVO owners from all over
Europe. Customers enjoyed putting their skills to the test in a thrilling,
adrenaline-fuelled race to compete for the best lap time.
The rest of
the weekend promised to be just as full of excitement and thrills!
The
Silverstone circuit welcomed hundreds of Ferraristis and fans from all over
Europe, with a wide range of activities for the visitors, such as the
exhibition of the Ferrari 296 GTB and the Ferrari Roma, as well as some
legendary vehicles from the past.
Some of the
Ferrari customers also had the pleasure of testing the Ferrari 296 GTB and the
Ferrari Roma on a circuit and savouring the DNA of these vehicles and of motor
racing.
A
magnificent Auditorium was also set up to welcome the most curious Ferraristi,
who were able to discover the secret aspects of the Ferrari world as told
directly by its protagonists.
Finally,
the Ferrari Parade, one of the highlights of the Passione Ferrari weekend,
brought customers and fans together with their cars directly on the starting
grid for two thrilling laps of the track.
