The new
Ferrari 296 GT3 is born. A jewel designed to surprise, but above all to win.
This new model will take the torch from the legendary 488 GT3 and will be
presented in Gran Tourismo competitions.
The model
is closely based on the sinuous lines of the 296 GTB, while adding a touch of
adaptation to the needs of the track and performance. The latter was designed
around the 6-cylinder engine in a 120° 'V' with turbos inside the 'V'.
The Ferrari 296 GT3 is the result of extensive aerodynamic research. This
precise and meticulous work has resulted in a 20% increase in the car's
downforce compared to the previous generation.
